Paço dos Cunhas de Santar Vinha do Contador White 2014 is a remarkable white wine, made from the varieties Encruzado, Malvasia Fina and Cerceal Branco, aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
60% Encruzado, 30% Malvasia Fina, 10% Cerceal Branco.
Total destemming, skin maceration, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC.
50% of the wine was fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
Great aromatic complexity with white pulp fruit notes, vanilla and hazelnuts nuances.
Fruity, fresh, notorious mouth volume, elegant with long persistence.
Goes well diverse meat, dishes based on fish and structured white meat and not too spicy red meat. Drink at 10ºC.
